All products sold by Nibble & Nest are custom-made just for you as soon as you place an order (Print-on-Demand). Because each item is unique and produced specifically for your order, we do not stock inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a verifiable error in fulfillment.
1. Accepted Reasons for Replacement or Refund
We only offer replacements or refunds if the item you received is:
- Defective or Damaged: The product arrives damaged or clearly flawed (e.g., ripped, broken, quality failure).
- Misprint: The design is incorrect, off-center, or the print quality is visibly poor.
- Wrong Item: You received the wrong product type, size, or colour than what you ordered.
If any of the above applies, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For customers in the UK and European Union: You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. However, please note that this right does not apply to goods that are personalized or made to your unique specification. Most of our items are printed to order with artistic designs; if you believe your item is not exempt from the right to cancel, please contact support@nibblenest.co.uk.
2. Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.
To speed up the process, you must include:
- Your Order Number (e.g., NNS1234)
- A clear photo of the issue (the damage, defect, or misprint)
- A brief explanation of the problem.
We will review your request and, if approved, will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you or process a refund. Do not send the item back to us unless specifically instructed by our support team.
3. Sizing & Exchanges (No Buyer’s Remorse)
As all of our apparel and products are custom-made to order, we encourage you to consult our detailed sizing charts provided on every product page to help you make an informed choice before purchasing.
If you find that the size or fit of your item is not as expected, please reach out to our support team at support@nibbleneststore.com or support@nibblenest.co.uk. While we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect sizing due to the personalized nature of Print-on-Demand, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a fair solution.
Please note: We do offer full replacements if the size of the garment received does not match the size specifications of the order placed.
4. Refunds
We will notify you once your request for a replacement or refund has been approved. If approved for a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at the email below.
5. Lost Packages
If your order seems to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the last tracking update. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement to be sent free of charge.
